This is for a complete inside and outside treatment with a 30-day, free re-treatment guarantee. The treatment is safe for kids and pets. The treatment has little to no odor.

Linear footage, depth of soil, and type of construction determine pricing. We inspect for evidence of termite activity, and then draw a treatment graph with specs. For a Termite certification the cost is $95.

An inspection must be completed before we can provide an estimate. Priced is based on the size of the home, level of infestation, amount of furniture to treat, and labor involved. If you choose Akita, we will subtract the $35 inspection fee from the total.

This charge is for the first treatment. Additional treatments are less ($45 – $50). Guarantees apply only to light infestations, as determined by our staff. Heavy infestations might require extra services. You do not need to leave the home or do any prep work.

This is a one-time treatment that comes with a 30-day, free re-treatment guarantee, unless the infestation is severe. A second treatment will allow us to clean up dead rodents and replace traps and baits for $85.

This is a one-time treatment with a 30-day, free re-treatment guarantee. Results are usually seen within 24 hours. Treatment covers one nest site at a height of up to 25 feet. Additional nests or very high locations might require an extra charge.

For a 30-day re-treatment guarantee, you must have two additional treatments completed 10-14 days apart. An additional treatment is $90. Remove small items off floors, cover fish tanks and shut off air supply, vacuum thoroughly and clean out vacuum after, wash all pet bedding and throw rugs, and have your pet flea treated the same day of the service. You must stay out of the property for at least 4 hours after the treatment.
