In this time of uncertainty, we are still striving to provide the best possible service while respecting social distancing concerns. In the state of Pennsylvania, the pest control industry has been granted a certification for “Life Sustaining Business.” The CDC, EPA, and the Department of Agriculture rely on pest control to protect both the public’s health and the food supply.
Our mission of keeping our customers and accounts pest free is essential and we are doing everything possible to still provide thorough services in this time of need. With that being said, we want to take time to address concerns about your service and Covid-19.
Our technicians have been trained to minimize exposure to customers by keeping social distance, wearing masks and gloves, and washing hands/ sanitizing as much as possible throughout their work day. Any employee who begins to experience symptoms of any illness is required to stay home and quarantine until further notice.
Furthermore, in order to do our part in stopping the spread of the Covid-19, we are limiting most of our services to exterior treatments with the exception of emergency situations such as bed bugs, roaches, termites, ants, mice, rats, and bees/ wasps.
Our dedicated staff is on standby to answer any questions you may have about your safety or our service. Please call us if you have any questions.
